Your order information
When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, and payment details. We use your order and contact information to process payment, source and ship your kit, answer questions, prevent fraud and handle cancellations or refunds. We do not receive your full card number.
Our order records contain the items and colors you chose, prices, payment references and order status. Customer contact and delivery details are held in Stripe and accessed as needed to fulfill your order. Information you email us is also held by our email provider.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts this website and its order records. Our email provider processes support messages. We share the delivery information needed with shipping carriers and fulfillment providers when arranging your parcel. These services may process information outside Canada under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information or use your checkout email to enroll you in marketing emails. See Stripe’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Browser storage and logs
Your bag and checkout progress are saved in this browser so you can return to them. Clearing browser storage removes that local copy; it does not delete an order you have already placed. The website and payment services also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate the site and protect payments.
Optional shopping analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog to measure pages visited, traffic sources, device type, scrolling, clicks, product and bundle choices, bag changes, checkout steps and site performance. An anonymous browser identifier connects these actions across visits. If you place an order after opting in, we connect its items and value to that shopping journey without sending your name, email, delivery address or payment details.
We also record a sample of shopping sessions to understand confusing layouts and broken interactions. Form entries and search input are masked or blocked before recording. We do not record Stripe checkout, the payment-return page, network request bodies, console messages or the interactive 3D canvas.
PostHog processes analytics in the United States and may derive an approximate location from your connection. Our current plan retains event data for up to one year; sampled recordings are retained for up to 30 days. See PostHog’s privacy policy. We do not use this data for advertising profiles.
You can reject analytics and still shop normally. Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. We honor Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals. Turning analytics off stops future browser tracking; it does not delete previously collected data or cancel an order. Contact us to request deletion. An order already submitted with analytics consent may still receive its payment confirmation event.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and payment records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Contact quentin@getwealthnavigator.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Some transaction records must be retained even after a deletion request.
